1. Service

AutoCBAM provides CBAM compliance tools: CN-code checker, cost calculator, supplier data portal (Sprint 2), annual CBAM declaration XML generator (Sprint 2). Operated by Agonist Development AB, Sweden.

2. Not legal advice

AutoCBAM provides informational risk assessments and compliance tooling only. It is NOT legal advice, NOT a binding CBAM declaration, and NOT a substitute for a verified filing. Compliance decisions should be made with qualified customs / environmental-law counsel and an accredited verifier.

3. Accounts

Accurate information required. One account per organisation. Credentials are your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of current period. No refunds for partial months. 14-day refund window for accidental subscriptions — email support@autocbam.com.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use. No attempts to access other organisations' data. No reverse engineering or scraping.

6. Data ownership

You own your data: CN codes, import volumes, supplier declarations, any uploaded documents. We do not sell your data. See Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGONIST DEVELOPMENT AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CBAM COMPLIANCE OUTCOMES, CERTIFICATE SHORTFALLS, OR REGULATORY PENALTIES.

8. Governing law

Laws of Sweden. Disputes: courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
